I have had great results mounting the bz-on levers on the "Criterium" mounting band. This is the nicer band that was used on the Peugeot PX-10 & other high-end bikes w/ Simplex derailleurs. I tap out the stock posts to a 5mm x .8 thread, which enables the stock mounting screws to be used. Very clean & functional. I will sell you this exact set-up; $60 incl. shipping.
