John: It's genuine OK. The owner confirms that the build quality is fine but the pictures came out badly. The owner of the bike also makes a variety of his own parts and made the fork crown for this one. It was a one off bike for a special purpose. I was Dave's partner for two years and remember this one. Dave did sell the rights to his name but only but no bikes were built after he closed the shop. I have requested the owner post some fresh pictures.

Didn't Tesch sell the rights to use his name? Perhaps this is a post-Tesch Tesch. I agree, it doesn't seem up to par.
