My gut feeling is to sell the frame seperately from the group - you could even part out the group, but there may be someone who would pay a premium for the whole group together. But that person might be the wrong size for the DeRosa and may already have a bike restoration project in the works.
Selling the package with the frame for top dollar requires finding a person who wants the package, loves DeRosas, and for whom the frame fits correctly. If the DeRosa is a prime size and is early enough to not be a cast lug bike, than it is possible it could have strong interest, but if later 70's with most braze ons and cast lugs, then most folks might simply go with a late 70's or early 80's used DeRosa in great shape. (I'm not sure exactly about late 70's DeRosa details so forgive me if I'm off here - I'm most familiar with early-to-mid 70's models and the early-to-mid-80's examples for some reason).

\r?\n> From my selling days of classic bike parts I kept back a complete
\r?\n> NOS Campagnolo Super record first Generation Ti groupset from 1977.
\r?\n> It is totally correct with most of the parts in original boxes. To
\r?\n> complement this I have a Cinelli Unicanitor leather smooth saddle,
\r?\n> regina oro 5 speed freewheel/chain nisi sprint rims with clement
\r?\n> criterium seta extra tubulars and Cinelli 1a with 65 old logo bars.
\r?\n> All NOS unbuilt unglued etc. I also have a late seventies DeRosa
\r?\n> frame which requires restoration. My question is this - would it be
\r?\n> better to restore the frame and mount the gruppo or to sell the frame
\r?\n> seperately and the gruppo as one lot or part out - I am talking
\r?\n> purely financially on this.
