My quest involves eventually finding these bikes or frames, I am in no hurry but thought I would initiate it public ally.
something constructed in the Netherlands circa 1954 in either racing or track geometry. an Orbea On Topic lugged frame, or preferable something available from a
Catalan builder (if anyone knows if one exists).
either in the range of 61-64 seat tube, preferable shorter top tube but can deal with possibilities...
