Favorit was a well-known Czech manufacturer. I remember they made chains in the sixties, probably the Eastern European equivalent of Renold. At the time Czechoslovakia was the world leader in motocross bikes and won several world championships. I had a couple of CZ motocross bikes. Later they were surpassed by Sweden (Husqvarna) and eventually, of course, Japan, to supply the poseur racer market.
