I think it's pretty clear you have the oh-so-rare and oh-so-coveted Campagnolo SuperLongeva seatpost. The story of Tullio's epiphany while trying to reverse his flip-flop hub in the snow at the Croce D'aune pass, was not the only thing that influenced his career!
Before Campagnolo was a going concern, Tullio worked part-time in kitchens to pay the bills, and as a waiter (hence his inspiration for the campagnolo corkscrew), and once upon a time he was hammering a mallet to tenderize a piece of beef, and on the 3rd swing the mallet inexplicably shattered. Tullio muttered (once again) under his breath in Italian,
"Something has GOT TO change!"
And this was the inspiration for the SuperLongeva line of components - the little step-brother to the SuperLeggara components.
