I am willing to bet that is no DeRosa. More than just the lack of stampings or the obvious replacement fork... Crude joinery of dropouts, very fundemental bb shell, even lthe ug profiles say to me; "Ringer"!

I just checked on the auction and it looks like the seller has updated it with some photos. The bike is far from a holy grail.
