Hi all, many thanx for all the emails recieved, many positive comments overall. I have finally recieved an email from the other party and we are putting things right.

It did'nt help that I was also waiting for a NZ made Mountian bike frame that took 12 days to get to me on a 3 day service, it finally arrived today after ringing the freight co yesterday to find out were it was, I love to complain about bad service and tell someone when they have done well.
