Subject: [CR]bike seen on the ICE train in Germany

Riding on the super sleek intercity train in Germany today, I caught my first sight of a classic bike. This one was being used as a humble commuter, with the frame size two or three cms larger and the stem shorter that would normally be seen on a road bike being used for racing (ala Grant Peterson). The bike had a good patina of dirt and a dark brown paint job with no badges nor decals in order to hide from potential bike thieves. I spoke to the owner and he could not state the make. So, because I am travelling away from my reference materials, I will ask this obvious question knowing it will be instantly identified. Pencil seatstays, lovely thinned lugs with triangular cut windows, three slot bottom bracket, chrome cinnelli slope fork crown with four leaf clover engraved at tops. This was what brand with all on topic Campy Nouvo Record?
