Interesting. At Cirque last year, Dave Moulton said that you could have any head angle you wanted as long as it was 73 degrees as that is all he built. Dave may be reading so I'll let him chime in if I heard him wrong.

I recall a discussion among some of our more famous framebuilders that 7 cm of drop was a high bb and 8 cm of drop was a low bb. That seems to me to be a very small range from which to label high/low, but then, I can't even remember what day it is today, so what do I know. Lou Deeter, Orlando Fl
