Lucien Hilger's "Peugeot et le Cyclisme" has photos, black and white and colour, showing Eddy Merckx riding both high and low flange hubs on both his PX-10s and his Masi PX-10 wannabe. Prior to 1963, the team's PX-10s seem to be mostly using low-flange hubs.
I have found that trying to determine a "set" component spec for a team's machines let alone one rider's even in a single season (or multi stage race) via photographs is a pointless endeavour if not an pleasant way to pass a cold winter afternoon.
