I too have had a recent blip in service. I took four weeks to get three pair of tow straps, with no returned e-mails in the interim. I believe my purchase preceeded their published leave of abscence. But, as allways, they ultimately came through with the items as described. I do believe they are good and honest, but sometimes not totally customer focused. Nevertheless a good source of vintage velo parts and accessories.
