Many years ago a riding buddy mentioned to me that I was sitting lopsided on the saddle. This is something I never knew and had noi way of telling. Years later, after developing lower back pain, my chiropractor ordered some x-rays and it turned out I had a pronounced s-bend in my spine. I get back pain when standing or walking for any amount of time, but never when riding.
