Subject: [CR]Cinelli Track Bike 50's on Ebay "FRAUD"

Listers,

Here's my problem with this guy. He originally advertised the bike on a AOL message board. For one week I've been dealing with him daily about a deal on the bike. He told me after some research $2,000 is what he wanted for the bike. I told him fine and Sent a check via certified mail. He wouldn't have anything to do with shipping the bike so I had to go through the trouble of arranging a pick-up and someone to take apart the bike and package it. In addition he made me buy his wives '73 Atala becasue he said they were selling them together or not at all.

Two day after I mailed him my check and the tracking number I see he (actually his son) puts the bike on Ebay. His name is Gene Puzio and I'm not sure of his sons name.

Gene told me he just put the bike on Ebay to satisfy his curiosity about what it's worth. he said it would never sell because he set a $15,000 revserve and the bike was going to be mine on tuesday once the check cleared. Ironically he set the auction to end by then and listed a starting price of $2,500.

He refused to cancel the ebay listing despite the fact he told me, repeatedly, once the check was in the mail the bike was mine. He also didn't think it was bad form to list the same bike that was mine for a higher price then he agreed to sell it to me for.

I have a lot of time into that transaction with that creep and think he's a bad man.

That's a part of my story. I assure you any more would further prove how crooked he was. If anyone is interesting bidding on the bike i'd be happy to send you my emails with Gene and more detailed pictures of the bike.
