Two things about these scams. There are a lot around at the moment.

1) No matter what emails I receive from Ebay I never click on the link in the email. Always use a bookmark/favourites in your browser that you know links to the valid site.

2) Always refer any suspect emails to the spoof@ebay.com address and they will soon advise you if it was indeed a genuine ebay message or a scam.
