Mick: The frame you refer to on Ebay looks to be a Nulli Secundus Phase II, which came out in 1955. The difference to the earlier Nulli, according to the http://www.hetchins.org website is the the lower headlug has double cut outs, but I checked my 1950 Nulli Secundus prototype and it has the matching extra cut out as well as extra cut outs on the front of both top and bottom headlugs, which do not appear on the frame on Ebay. I'm CC'ing this to Len Ingram and Flash for their input.
