Not exactly. In the original post on this topic, Don Gilles noted that he tried to use a Levin crown race in a Campy cup but found the resulting gap excessive, and I pointed out that they're designed for different ball sizes. That said, the parabolic races used in traditional cup and cone headsets are remarkably forgiving, and using a Levin race in a Campy cup does result in a perfectly functional bearing -- but it just won't keep the grit out.
