I would first make sure you have to correct tool for grabbing it. If so, insert the tool into the vice implanted in an 'infinite mass' work table and rotate the frame, in the correct direction.

Should the teacherous thing resist erculean efforts, turn to more persuading means. Heat up the BB housing with a heat gun or an open flame, and tryi again.
