Years ago I bought a Campagnolo fixed cup removal tool, and although it is mainly meant for Campagnolo, I've used it on many other fixed cups that are similar enough to Campagnolos, including many Brittish fixed cups. It cost me about $150 on Ebay at the time, but it's an invaluable tool to add to a shop.
