Among a number of mostly British frames I shall be selling over the next few weeks there is one which I am unable to identify, and wonder if list members might help.
Pictures of the mystery frame are at

Frame number is 87967, across the underside of the bottom bracket. Weight with headset is under 6½ pounds, and the seat pin is 27.2 mm, so it is probably Reynolds 531 butted throughout. Quite a nice frame with a 50s feel about it. Unusual cable stops with the q/r slots in. Twin Campagnolo lever bosses and gear hanger brazed on to the Simplex dropouts probably not original as it has a Cyclo gear cable stop on the chainstay. Frame size is 23, and the dropout opening is a fairly typical 50s 120 mm.
Any suggestions will be welcome.
