A rather young looking Rik Van Looy on his way to winning the 1956 Paris-Bruxelles. At 22-years-old, the young Belgian would have an amazing season in '56. He doesn't look to hard-pressed, 270 kms into the 293 km race, which he won from Bernard Gauthier and Rik Van Steenbergen.

Bike is a Learco Guerra, with Universal "Extra" brakes and Campy shift levers (note that these have slotted screws instead of D-rings screws).
