50 kilometers from the finish of Paris Roubaix, Marcel Kint (Belgium) attacks and is joined by Jules Rossi (Italy). Here the two switch lines from the cobbled road onto the cinder pavement (sidewalk). But their break wouldn't last... Kint was already struggling, and Rossi couldn't do all the work into a strong North wind. The race would be won by 1st-year pro Lucien Storme (Belgium).
