I have a Flandria identical to this. I think Eddy and I bought them from the same eBay seller, who had gotten hold of some NIP stock from a closed bike shop. I got mine dirt cheap because the seller set a really low reserve or none and because some potential bidders obsessed over the lack of a tubing sticker. Whatever tubing it is (maybe high end Vitus ot Falk) this is a quality frame. I think Eddy got his a bit later and IIRC actually had to pay closer to a fair price, as the seller had wised up due to my bargain and set a more realistic reserve. Eddy's was worth a bit more though, as it has the original wheels, while mine had been robbed from the box, probably by the oriiginal dealer, and replaced with 27" clinchers on mid-range Shimano hubs. BTW the saddle and clamp are the same as mine. The missing seatpost is therefore a simple straight post. The saddle and seatpost are about the only parts that could use upgrading. As the auction says, this is not identical to the team Flandrias ridden by Eddy Maertens (and Michael Pollentier as I recall), but it is pretty darned close.
