isn't that a superb position? Quite high bars but still a flat back. As modern racers dont seem to know how to bend their arms they need the bars nine inches lower than the saddle to get the same effect. Roger De Vlaeminck the ultimate arm bender got the same position or maybe lower while riding on the brake hoods. Must be circumspect about those forks as isn't the builder a list member-common Mick tell us about it-can I see a 753 sticker? Two descents of the Kemmelberg is a tough test of any frame (and the rider)arguably the most dangerous place in cycle racing. There must be more sickies taken on the Wednesday of Gent-Wevelgem than any other day-half of West Flanders is there. Ray Green, Brighton, England
