For whatever help it may be to you, the last time I was in Florence (March of 1985!) there was a shop in the center of town called Cicli Becucci Firenze. It was a great shop catering to local racers and you could get Jerseys and other clothing with the names of local teams and clubs. As I remember it was quite close to the Duomo.

I will have a day in Florence in April before heading out on a week or so of riding in Tuscany. Are there any shops left in Florence that would be intereting to visit? I checked the archives but could not find anything.
