Earlier I had written unflatteringly about Grant's Riv lugs. But I should point out that I think his influence is one of the best things that's happened to the bike industry in a couple of decades.
I just wish he'd decided to revive 650A instead of the more romantic, but ever so much less practical 650B. There were 100s of millions of bikes made with 650A (26"x1-3/8") and tires are available everywhere.
