Very cool bike; Team Champions are known for having quite good workmanship, and the orange ones are the coolest of the cool, daddio. As far as the foil decals, Ocana's bikes had those, too, did they not? At least the seattube one, at least in numerous photos I've seen. Cycle Sport did a feature on Ocana within the past couple of years with some good photos of his bikes.
