Frenchman Jean Noret (Génial) runs to get a new wheel, while a teammate struggles to get through the feed station. Winner of the 1934 Paris-Caen and Bordeaux-Paris, Noret would not complete the race, but in an unusual finish, Roger Lapébie (winner in 1934) and René Le Grevès (winner in 1935) tied for first place, finishing arm-in-arm.
(Original text) "Arriving at the feed station, Noret broke his front wheel and it is seen running to his team's car, shouting to draw their attention."
