I have a 1968 Masi Special which has Fiamme bars and stem.

More questions about the Fiamme stem... What year is it from? I'd always thought of it as mid-early 70's due to the recessed Allen head binder, and the style of the neck, but seeing that it was on a '69 restoration made me think maybe I was wrong. Anyone know for sure?
