On Ebay he is seller "ohlook!" but I recommend that you just email him (see my cc's above for his email addresses - be patient as he's sometimes a little slow on email.)
I just got some from him last week. They look AWESOME! You have to be about 2" away to see the very, very, very fine black jaggies on the taper to a triangle on these decals. He and I both were restoring raleigh competitions and he got sets of these decals made for the TA cranks.
Get a set now, and for that next TA crank you'll be buying in a year or two. IMHO, there are no other sources for these decals right now.
