A shot in the dark: anyone ever heard of a bike maker called "Penas"? I've come across a lugged track frame that has "PENAS" embossed/stamped on the seat stays at the cluster and a pair of big Ps on the fork crown. But I've never heard of that maker, and I'm wondering whether to acquire or not.
Any help would be most appreciated.
