I have not examined this closely, but at a quick glance...
The seller I believe is photocyclist - actual name Mario Girasa.
He went on a major buying spree of vintage bits (with intent of going into business which he sort of is). Many items he had in considerable depth. When I owned Bicycle Classics inc. I sold some stuff on his behalf as well.
It is puzzling why he would post 22 sets of a seemingly rare item - kinda makes it not so rare. Perhaps for a reason of convenience he posted them all at once. But, if it really is Mario that your dealing with, then your dealings should be fine.

\r?\n> This is one of 22 listings for a set of '50s era Gnutti hubs. All are
\r?\n> 32/40, solid axle, flip-flop. All are offered at a BIN price of $389.
\r?\n> Seller has a rating of 710 with 99.6% positive so he's been around.
\r?\n>
\r?\n> All his auctions have the same text and all are BIN. He takes various
\r?\n> forms of payment, including BidPay, which ceased operation at the end of
\r?\n> 2005. He has a lot of other interesting items, cycling and otherwise.
\r?\n> But the hubs are the only thing listed this way.
\r?\n>
\r?\n> I'm not suggesting it's a scam. I just found a listing for 22 pairs of
\r?\n> the same vintage Gnutti hubs...well, odd. If they are rare enough to
\r?\n> command $389/pair, doesn't throwing 22 sets up at once kinda run against
\r?\n> the supply-and-demand thing?
