I just bought an early '80s Bob Jackson touring frame that has a boss on the right fork leg for a headlight (torch?). What kind of light would mount here? Are any still available? Anyone have one to sell?

Further, the frame came with an incomplete cable hanger like the one pictured in this image i've shamelessly stolen from ebay:

I have the binder bolt and the arms, but not the cross piece that actually holds the cable housing. anyone have this part, or a complete unit?
