Seller sez maybe 50s or 60s. Could be, but I know those were available
into the early 80s. Maybe not still made then, but enough of them
around still... We used to cut 'em up to make adjustable tandem stoker
stems. That might be seen as an abomination now, but back then they
weren't rare.
