Yellow Jersey wearer Henri Pélissier is first over the Galibier. His brother Francis is not far behind, and the pair of them will go on to finished 1-2 (Henri's 3rd stage win of the 1923 Tour), 13min56sec ahead of Ottavio Bottecchia, doubling Henri's lead over the Italian. Henri would maintain his lead all the way to Paris.
