Based on recent discussions about our hobby, and why people collect vintage lightweights (or KOF frames/bikes), and in the context of the NAHBS, where the "next generation" of master framebuilders displayed their wares, I would like to conduct an age survey of listmembers.
Dale has given his approval.
So here's what I'd like to do: if you're willing, send me an email with your age. It will, of course, remain confidential. In fact, after I've compiled the statistical averages, I will delete your email, so I probaby won't remember anyones age myself! Once I've heard from everyone who wants to reply, I'll calculate mean, median and mode, and share them with the list.
If you reply, be careful NOT to include the classicrendezvous list in the "to" or "cc" box, unless you don't mind everyone knowing your age... ;-)
