Are there really import duties on second-hand bicycle parts? Supposing they are well used?
A couple of years ago, I bought some parts from a CR list
member who resides in England. The items were declared as
"samples" which apparently are not subject to import duties.
Or were those parts simply not expensive enough to interest the
authorities?
