The eyelets on the fork, plus the different crown, make me wonder if it is indeed a 69 (or the fork was swapped out). The lugs and cable bosses do look same as my 69 and the one in the catalog. (pics, with the proper head badge, at: http://www-hsc.usc.edu/~rpinder/raleighpro.html
