I don't think Shimano offered a pedal then, but the KKT Pro-Ace was the pedal of choice for a Dura-Ace group. They're great pedals -- a very close Campy record clone, right done to the finish and even the rifling on the spindles. I've been riding a pair for almost 30 years and they're still going strong.
