Hello Bruce, Judging by the pictures it would appear to be a 23.5" Brit size, this frame looks very familar there was a fellow who rode for one of the Hull clubs who use to hang around Cliff Pratts shop all the time with a near identical frame, this would have been 1966 World Cup time? I wonder if it is the same one.
