These need to be divided through (normalized) by the total number of bikes sold by each to determine the specific CR list "throw weight".

I'll start with some guess at the order

Confente Herse Singer Hetchins Pogliaghi Various good custom builders with relatively low counts Custom builders who cranked out more bikes DeRosa Cinelli Other semi-production bikes Bianchi Production bikes
