Is anyone familiar with the Oakland Wheelmen? (The club logo incorporates and O and W with wings on each side, similar to the Olympic Club in San Francisco.) Is this Oakland CA or NJ? How about riders named Lissner, D.F. Franciso, or H. McWhirter? The time frame is 1904-1908.
I have a nice club trophy from 1905 and am trying to link it to the appropriate part of the country.
