http://bulgier.net/pics/bike/Campy/RubberShifterCovers.jpg shows the different styles I found in my junk pile just now. Note some have "cuffs" and some don't; also note the different sizes.

Assuming the oldest ones had an open-C typeface, these must all be newer, so there are probably still more styles out there (one more at least).

Anyone have anything like a timeline for these?
