Beautiful Mordecai, just beautiful. But, now I yearn. The picture of 1903 winner Hippolyte Aucouturier doesn't load or is a bad link, and that name has to be the 2nd best ever .... no actually, 3rd best name ever in competitive cycling***. And call me an ignoramus but Fausto had a brother ??? Who's Serse?

Anyway, brilliant. I learnt that many of those earlier riders look like me on a fixed gear. only much smaller.

Hippolyte Aucouturier - what a name !!!!!!

ciao,

"Benny Blanco" Kamenjas not from the Bronx, Australia

oh yeah *** .... best names in Pro Cyling Ever is Giantindaro Pergolizzi (of course), closely followed by Fonz de Woolf
