Everything is looking good for the April 22 ride.
If you think you are going to make it let me know so I can print off enough maps. The route will be arrowed by this weekend.
The 411:
When: April 22nd 10am. Where: Independence Park, Bristol, RI What: Friendly ride around the East Bay of RI and Bristol County MA followed by lunch at Aidans Pub & Grub. Route approx 35 miles with shorter options.
The route is a modified version of a Narragansett Bay Wheelmen ride that features the East Bay Bike Path, Colt State Park, scenic views of Narragansett Bay and some of Rhode Islands ritziest neighborhoods. Route will follow (for the most part) the NBWs arrows plus some special BOB arrows. Maps will be provided.
Directions to Independence Park Parking area:
>From I-95 North and South: Take Route 195 East to Exit
7, Route 114, continue on Route 114 through the towns
of Barrington, Warren and Bristol. Independence Park
is located on Thames St. just after its intersection
with Hope St. (Rte. 114) in Bristol

A few Hub area riders could use a ride to RI. If you are willing to carpool let the group know. Feel welcome to bring a friend, partner, spouse or pet.
