Victim?

I thought the CR List was all about celebrating "Boutique Bicycle Buying" just 30 years behind the times!

Speaking only for myself, I am dead chuffed at being able to finally be a bona fide boutique bike poseur c. 1973. Like I always wanted to be bac k when I was 15 and this stuff cost a lot more money than it does now. And

unless I am missing something, we are all collecting the poseur stuff now,

too. Oh, there are a few honest sorts who collect what they could afford

then.. the Super Courses, the UE-8s and Continentals... but most of the stuff we talk about here is vintage poseur. And too right, too.

Trust me, 30 years from now there will be CR list dedicated to the past poseur glory of Cirque du Soleil hot pink spandex bodysuits and creaking carbon fibre Litespeeds. Hopefully like all those Raleigh Professionals,

PX-10s and Paramounts already collecting dust in weekend wonders' garages.
