It is a Stronglight 105. Spidel was a consortium of Stronglight, Simplex, MAFAC and I believe Maillard. Most of the participants sold identical components marked with their own individual brands. The parts I don't believe were ever marked Spidel were saddles (Ideale) bars and stems (Atax, Philippe or Pivo) or rims (Wolber, which by that time had bought out SuperChampion).

I was looking at the crank that uragoparts has on ebay, #7233994962. It is engraved Spidel, but looks to be nearly identical (drilled rings and all) to the Stronglight 105. Does anyone know when the French companies got together under that Spidel moniker to do battle with the Japanese and Italians?
