Ray, better read the rules again but MTBs are off topic, no matter when they were made (Colnago has made MTBs for a long time,...)

I hope this isn't considered off-topic due to the bike's 26" wheel size and MTB geometry, but I recently bought this bike from someone in Colorado who found it in relatively unused condition in a house he bought. I can't find a serial number. It is a lugged frame of Columbus tubing. The top tube is the same four sided shape as the Master road bikes of the same era. Running gear is Shimano XT 6-speed indexed. It has oddly shaped Ambrosio MTB rims. I wonder if anyone knows anything more about it. I was, as everyone I've spoken to about it is, unaware that Colnago had ever produced such a machine.
