Chuck asked for comments on the articles that appear on Ebykr. I must admit to great respect for the desire of the moderators to put something down on paper, but am very disappointed by the actual articles. They all seem to reprise the same errors that have been seen before and no real in-depth research has been undertaken. Lou has brought up the article about Mario Confente, with the many disputed points. I too read the article and found it lacking in research rigor, seeing how it relied so heavily on one source whose reliability has been so thoroughly discounted by so many others. The same goes for the Cinelli article, the Bianchi article and the Legnano articles that I read. In each case, I have a passing interest in these companies and have quite a few sources from back in the day. With a modicum of true research, the articles would have been drastically improved.
All told, the articles make for good reading, with basic facts, but should not be taken as being super reliable in presenting undisputed historical facts.
