Hi All, Having got a little behind on my reading, I just read the following in the January 22, 1932 copy of the English "Cycling", under the heading "Olympic Course Easy? Should be made harder says American Ex-Champion" as follows:

The Directors of the Los Angeles organizing committee for the tenth Olympiad recently described the facilities provided this year as "perfect". "Did they see the cycle road courses? No! says Hans Ohrt, American amateur cycle champion in 1915, who became a member of the cycling committee of the American Olympic Games Association after the course had been chosen."

Now I have got to get back to my reading, luckily I am catching up by reading 53 weeks backlog in a year, although wife and the neighbors are starting to complain about the 74 years magazines and newspapers in my driveway. TTFN, Phil Easton
